Two members of Post 807 attended a neighbor block party in Boulder to inform the neighborhood about the efforts being made with the City of Boulder to create a memorial at a local park which will educate visitors about Bill Bower, who was one of the US Army Air Force Pilots who flew in the famed Dolittle Raid in April 1942. They also handed out American flags to children.
