Post 807 Commander attended the March meeting of the Boulder City Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, to urge the Board and the Park & Recreation Department to complete the plans review of a educational memorial to COL Bill Bower, who was a pilot in the famed WWII Doolittle Raid. A park was named after COL Bower, but there is currently no information at the Park about who he was and what he did for our country.
