Deadlines:
October 31st - all submissions due to local post
November 15th - post judging completed, send winners to district chairman
December 1st - entries must be received by district chairman
December 15th - district judging completed, winners sent to department chairman
January 1st - all entries must be received by department chairman
January 15th - department judging completed, send winners to national chairman
February 1st - all entries must be received by national chairman

Attached below are the rules and eligibility and entry forms along with an older chairman manual for posts, districts, and department judging. Page 4 is an easy template for post and district judging to compare each entries scores.
NOTE: Posts MUST sign and submit official entry form to district and district must sign and submit the form to department. Any entries received at department without both post and district signature will be considered invalid.
District chairman must submit their winning entry packets directly to the Department Chairman - not Department HQ
