2025 - VFW Delegate Report

IMPORTANT! Post Adjutant or Quartermaster. Please use this form to submit to the Department your Delegates for the Department Convention elected under Section 222 of the National Bylaws and Manual of Procedure. You can submit up to 10 names on the same report. If you need more than 10 names you may submit multiple reports. You can also test using the form, just let us know by selecting "This is a test" on this page of the form.

There are three pages to this form.
